I build out a media plan that includes the budget, channel mix and rollout plan.  Once approved, I negotiate media rates and placements.  

Campaign Optimization

Once the campaign launches, I assess performance data and make necessary channel adjustments to ensure profitability.

Reporting & Analytics

I produce reporting and generate insights to share with the client. We cover top and under-performers, as well as ways to maximize performance.

Long Term Planning

The primary objective when working with clients is to set them up for long-term success. In this evaluation, we discuss immediate changes as well as strategies we can incorporate into future campaigns.
